CRAWLER

This monstrous ice spider, a remnant of a bygone age, is said to have spawned from the heart of a cursed glacier. Legends whisper that she was once a mere spider, trapped in the ice for centuries, before her conversion into a nightmarish predator. Now, she roams the icy tundra, her colossal legs leaving punctured holes in the permafrost of the endless blizzard.

The Crawler’s massive, translucent body is covered in jagged icicles, and her long spindly legs move with an eerie grace. She spins webs of razor-thin ice, capable of slicing through flesh and bone.

She curls herself up in a ball resembling a giant boulder in wait of unsuspecting travelers. Upon the slightest sound, she unrolls onto her towering legs, forming a jail-like enclosure around her prey before finally injecting a venom so cold it freezes the blood solid.

For decades, the Crawler remained dormant, but recent activity has stirred the monster from her slumber and her hunger is now insatiable.
