GRULCH

Grulch is a massive crushing evil beast with a thick hide that is generally best to steer clear of. If he can't reach his prey with his long sharpened talons, or stomp on them with his treelike limbs, he will likely dive directly at them, sinking his massive fangs into their flesh.

Despite his terrifying appearance, Grulch lacks the intelligence or ambition to rise as a true power in his own. He is driven by base urges – hunger, violence, and greed – and has a reputation in the underworld as a petty thief and brutal enforcer, fiercely loyal to whoever pays him the most.

Warlords, smugglers, and dark sorcerers alike have hired him to smash rivals, collect debts, or intimidate entire villages. Grulch doesn’t ask questions, nor does he care who gets hurt along the way. He just wants payment in food, gold, or the occasional shiny trinket to hoard in his cave.
