Dark Tomb - Trap Ray Portrait

TRAP RAY

The trap ray measures over four lengths in width with a completely flat body that undulates rhythmically to propel it swiftly through the murky waters. It is most notable for its long swiping tail and two rows of thin pin-like teeth.

The ray glides directly at its prey while inhaling copious amounts of water to pull them closer. Once in range, it quickly whips its sharp tail forward to inject large amounts of a irreversible toxin.
